Water sports  are well developed and enjoyed by many recreationally or professionally in the United States and Canada. Beautiful nature, open water access such that water sports are becoming deeply integrated into our life.

China is a large country, with plenty of beautiful rivers, lakes and oceans, with many world champion of almost all kinds of water sports. But water sports are still in early stage of development for recreational activity. The Chinese government is in strong support to develop water sports putting huge efforts in developing water activities, parks, and opening water access.

Seven years ago, ACA international paddle sport ambassador Dave Burden has brought ACA courses to the Fuyang Club China, and in May 2017, the COO of ACA Christopher Stec signed partner agreement with Zhejiang University.

Since 2006, the Reel Paddling Film Festival world tour has been showcasing the very best paddling films. The world tour screens in more than 100 cities around the world. It is such a great way to introduce paddling sport, inspires paddlers to explore rivers, lakes and oceans, push extremes, embrace the paddling lifestyle and appreciate the wild places. Oct 28th, 2017 for the first time, we are introducing the Reel Paddling Film Festival in China, in Asia.
